If a product arrives already damaged we recommend that you do not accept the delivery. It will be the fastest and easiest way to file an insurance claim through the shipping company you have selected.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your products, we offer a full refund minus shipping as long as it is within 15 Days of Purchase. You will be responsible for a $20 Processing Fee and the shipping cost (otherwise covered by us) Especially If the product is not damaged.
