Free Shipping:
We Offer Free Economy Shipping on any order under 150 Pounds to anywhere In the Lower 48 States (Excluding Hawaii and Alaska). If you would like to ship these products faster than 5-8 Business days we offer Priority and Priority Express shipments calculated at Checkout. Our Number One Priority is Customer Satisfaction. At Dreamy Bunk Beds we aim to treat every single customer as we would our Own Family and we strongly believe that family is everything !
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
LTL Shipments (Less Than Truck-Load Freight)
We offer a Variety of Amazing Space-Saving products at Dreamy Bunk Beds and some of them, that are over 150 Pounds, are shipped on an Entire Pallet. These shipments usually require a Lift-Gate truck and can be delivered residentially. These shipments can be very costly but you are in luck ! We offer a flat-rate on these shipments and we cover the rest of the shipping cost. If the shipping cost is less than the flat rate (If you live close enough to one of our suppliers distribution centers for it to be considered a local shipment) we will contact you and return the difference of the shipping cost. We only care about customer satisfaction at Dreamy Bunk Beds and we aim to treat every customer like we would our own Family.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at Support@DreamyBunkBeds.com
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to Support@DreamyBunkBeds.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. We will make it right no matter what ! Your satisfaction is our top priority ! You aren't dealing with some big corporation you are giving your business to a 100% Family Owned and Operated Small Business and Anytime you have a problem you are contacting a real person that Truly Cares about making you happy ! Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
