Excellent Customer Service!

This was my first order from Dreamy Bunk Beds. After ordering, there was a very unique situation/problem with my order, regarding the shipping and freight. I received a personal phone call from the owner of this company, and he went up and beyond to communicate with me, and the shipping company, to ensure that I received timely delivery. My daughter is beyond thrilled with her bed, and I am very impressed with the customer service I received from this company. I don't usually write reviews- but in this case, I felt that I needed to.
